All shipping prices are based on a two working day service within the United Kingdom. We can ship to most countries, please email us for a postage quote if you require shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
We can not ship any items until the purchase price plus the correct shipping price has been paid in full.
We always do our best to ship within one working day of payment being received.
You will receive an email upon dispatch, this email will tell you who the courier is and
will provide you with the details needed to track your parcel.
All parcels are fully insured for at least the purchase price of the item.
Returns and Warranty Information.
We will gladly accept returns on any item found to be significantly
not as described or functionally defective as long as that defect was
not noted in the original description. All our items are security sealed, we will not entertain warranty returns on items where the security seal has been broken. In the unlikely event that an item fails within the warranty period it should be returned to us for assessment and repair / refund or replacement. We will not meet any costs of third party repairs or assessment.
All Equipment supplied by us is covered by our 90 day parts and labour warranty.
This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
1. The product(s) must must have been installed correctly and must not have been used for non domestic purposes.
2. We can not be held liable for products being accidentally damaged or for products which have been altered or repaired by a person or persons not authorised by Green Home Electronics.
3. The warranty is not transferable.
4. All goods are warranted on a return to base basis, the customer is responsible for returning items for repair or refund at their own expense.
5. All goods must be returned in appropriate packaging, Green Home Electronics can not be held liable for goods damaged during return transit.
6. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on returned items that are subsequently found to not be faulty.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously and will always aim to
deal with any issues quickly and courteously.
